June 2008 Meeting Dates

Join us at La Madeleine's on Wednesday, June 25th at 2:30pm to stuff the second batch of Silent Auction Solicitation letters into their envelopes and prepare them for mailing!

Bring your licker and your sticker... we'll be stuffing about 200 letters and donor forms into envelopes, sealing, and stamping.

When: Thursday, June 19th @ 11:30am

At this meeting we will:

• Select the top 14 Live Auction ideas to begin working on
• Develop those ideas into fabulous Live Auction packages
• Assign tasks in order to secure the "Parts & Pieces" of each idea

The first meeting scheduled for the Live Auction Committee is scheduled for Thursday, June 12th, 2008 from 11:30am to 1:00pm at Las Las Canarias in the La Mansion del Rio Hotel.

At this meeting we'll comb through the items we’ve received in the past, look for any that we’d like to carry over and come up with a few new ideas to keep things fresh and exciting.

The first Silent Auction Committee Meeting will be held on Tuesday, June 3rd, 2008, from 5:30pm to 7:00pm at the home of Silent Auction Chairs, Heather Hunter & David Lent.
